  Product: Digital goods: a VoxTyping software license for Windows. Delivery is electronic (license key by email / in-app activation); no physical shipment.

• Public offer / Terms of sale

  This page is a public offer to conclude a contract for a VoxTyping software license (Windows desktop app). By checking acceptance on Checkout and completing payment (or confirming a mailto order), you accept these terms.

  • Subject: non-exclusive license to use VoxTyping per the plan you select (Free / Standard / Pro / Business / Enterprise) and the EULA.
  • Price: shown on Pricing and confirmed on Checkout (launch or regular). No hidden payment surcharge on our site.
  • Payment: card via the connected processor when live; until then you may complete an order by email to sales@voxtyping.com. We do not collect card PAN/CVV on voxtyping.com.
  • Delivery: electronic — license key by email and/or in-app activation after payment confirmation. Typical target: within 1 business day for manual fulfillment; faster when automated.
  • Device binding: Personal licenses are device-bound as described on Pricing.
  • Ukraine UAH: seller is the Ukrainian company named above.
  • International: when a Merchant of Record processes the order, that MoR is the seller of record (see MoR).

• Privacy

  Voice and file recognition run on your PC after models download. Website may use cookieless or consent-based analytics if enabled. Full policy: Privacy Policy. Also ships as PRIVACY.txt.

• Refunds / cancellation

  Before you buy: Download Free and try Pro for 14 days in the app.

  Ukraine (seller = Ukrainian company): email sales@voxtyping.com with order date, email used, and reason. We review requests case by case. Digital licenses are delivered electronically; after the key is issued, refunds are limited except where required by applicable law or our written agreement. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

  International (Merchant of Record): refunds and cancellations follow the MoR buyer terms (PayPro Global and/or Paddle.com) shown at their checkout. Contact the MoR support channel from your receipt, and CC sales@voxtyping.com if you need product help.

  Enterprise / Corporate: per invoice or MSA — contact sales.

• Merchant of Record

  International card checkout may be processed by a Merchant of Record (PayPro Global and/or Paddle.com). The MoR is the seller of record for those orders and handles payment support and returns per its buyer terms.

  Example disclosure when Paddle processes an order: “Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.” PayPro Global uses equivalent reseller / buyer terms when it is the MoR.
