1. GRANT - FREE
================================================================================

Subject to this Agreement, you may install and use the Free tier of VoxTyping
on your devices for personal or internal business use without purchase.

2. DEVICE BINDING (hw_hash)
================================================================================

Paid and trial entitlements are bound to a hardware fingerprint ("hw_hash") of
the active device. If the installed license or signed lease does not match the
current device fingerprint, gated features fall back to Free entitlements.

3. TRIAL
================================================================================

A trial (where offered) lasts at most 14 calendar days from the first trial mint
for a given hw_hash. While the trial is active, the client must obtain a rolling
signed lease that remains valid for 24 hours from each successful server refresh
(the app attempts refresh about hourly when online). If there is no network
connection for more than 24 hours, or lease refresh fails, the product operates
as Free until a successful refresh or purchase.

4. PAID LICENSE

A paid license grants a perpetual commercial right to use the purchased tier
while activation remains live on the bound device. It is not a transferable
floating seat. Entitlements require a valid signed lease as described below.

5. LEASE AND REFRESH
================================================================================

A signed lease remains valid for 90 days from the last successful contact with
VoxTyping license servers. The client attempts to refresh about monthly when
online (and may refresh sooner). Core features may continue offline until the
lease valid_until time. After expiry without a successful refresh, gated
features fall back to Free.

6. REISSUE AND TRANSFER (PLACEHOLDER LIMITS)
================================================================================

Limited free reissues / device transfers may be available as published on
voxtyping.com or your order terms. Illustrative limits (subject to change):

  - Standard: 0 free transfers per year (second PC may require a second-device SKU)
  - Pro (regular): 1 free reissue / 12 months
  - Pro ("Znakomstvo" / intro offers): 0 free reissues in year 1
  - Overage: paid transfer or support as published

A successful reissue to a new device revokes the previous activation. The old
PC will fail refresh and CDN authorization and fall back to Free when it next
contacts the service, or when its last lease expires if it never comes online.

7. CDN AND MODEL UPDATES
================================================================================

Downloading models, runtimes, or other assets from VoxTyping CDN or the in-app
model manager requires a valid lease. Artifacts already stored locally are not
deleted solely because you are offline, and may be used within a still-valid
lease.

8. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS (PLACEHOLDER)
================================================================================

Refund, cooling-off, and consumer rights policies will be finalized by counsel
and published with purchase terms. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result
in revocation of the license and related activations.

9. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
================================================================================

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXTYPING AND ITS
SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS.
